§ 02 — SERVICES

Three focused engagements.

Each service is designed to be scoped, practical, and useful on its own — or as part of a broader programme of work.

Retreat planning and facilitation
Retreat Planning & Facilitation SVC-01
Offsite design & facilitation

A planning and facilitation service for organisations holding an offsite retreat — annual, mid-year, or marking a transition. The consultant works with the host to design the agenda, prepares pre-reading and discussion materials, and facilitates the working sessions on the day.

  • Agenda design and session flow
  • Pre-reading and discussion materials
  • Post-retreat summary with follow-ups
  • Suited for groups up to 30 participants
฿24,300 Enquire
Goal-setting framework workshop
Goal-Setting Framework Workshop SVC-02
Half-day working session

A half-day workshop for management teams who want a clearer shared structure for setting and tracking goals through the year. The team leaves with a one-page framework document — a goal-setting cadence they have built together.

  • Structured working exercises
  • One-page framework document delivered
  • Designed for groups of 4–15
  • Working session, not a training course
฿6,800 Enquire
Decision log setup
Decision Log Setup SVC-03
2–3 week engagement

A short engagement to help an organisation introduce a structured decision log — capturing notable decisions, the reasoning behind them, and the people involved. The aim is a low-effort, sustainable practice rather than a heavy documentation burden.

  • Leadership interviews and log design
  • Template and structure suited to org
  • Setup session with maintaining team
  • Built for long-term, low-friction use

§ 03 — ADVANTAGES

What working with Mossvale looks like.

Each engagement is designed around the organisation's actual situation, not a standard module.

Tailored to your organisation

No templates applied wholesale. The agenda, framework, or log structure is designed around how your team actually works.

Clear scope and deliverables

Each engagement has a defined output — a summary document, a framework sheet, a template. You know what you're getting before you start.

Practical, not theoretical

Sessions are working sessions. Your team builds something together rather than sitting through a presentation.

Based in Chiang Mai

Available to travel across Thailand for on-site work. Remote sessions can be arranged for organisations elsewhere in the region.

Documentation included

Every engagement closes with written documentation — so the work doesn't live only in people's memories.

Transparent pricing

Fixed fees for each engagement type. No billing surprises — you know the cost before the work begins.

§ 04 — NEXT STEP

Have a retreat or workshop in mind?

A short initial conversation is usually enough to understand whether the engagement would be a good fit. No pressure, just a clear exchange.

§ 05 — QUESTIONS

Common questions.

How far in advance should we book a retreat facilitation?
Most clients approach us four to eight weeks ahead of their intended retreat date. This allows time for an initial conversation, agenda design, and preparation of any materials. That said, shorter lead times are sometimes workable — it's worth reaching out even if your date is closer than that.
Is venue sourcing part of the retreat service?
Venue selection and logistics remain the client's responsibility. The engagement covers agenda design, materials preparation, and day-of facilitation. If you are looking for venue suggestions in the Chiang Mai area, we are happy to share a few names we know, though we don't arrange bookings on clients' behalf.
What size of organisation is the goal-setting workshop suited to?
The workshop is designed for groups of four to fifteen people — typically a management team or department leadership group. It can be adapted for slightly larger groups, though the working-session format becomes harder to maintain beyond fifteen participants without splitting into breakout groups.
Do you work with organisations outside of Chiang Mai?
Yes. Travel within Thailand is available for on-site engagements. Travel time and costs would be discussed during the scoping conversation and, if applicable, included in the final proposal. Remote facilitation via video is also an option for some engagement types.
How long does the Decision Log Setup engagement take?
The engagement typically runs two to three weeks from kick-off to the final setup session. This includes initial interviews with leadership, a design phase to build the log structure, and a handover session with the team that will maintain it. The pace can be adjusted slightly to fit your calendar.
What is included in the retreat summary document?
The post-retreat summary captures the key decisions made during the sessions, any open questions that were parked for later, and the agreed follow-up actions with owners and timeframes where applicable. It is typically delivered within three business days of the retreat.
Are the services available in Thai as well as English?
Sessions and materials are currently delivered in English. If your team's primary working language is Thai, please mention this during the initial conversation and we can discuss how best to handle bilingual elements within the session format.
