How each engagement is structured.

Every engagement follows the same underlying structure: an intake conversation to understand the actual situation, a design phase to shape the agenda or framework, delivery of the session itself, and a documentation close. The specifics within each phase vary by service type and client.

Before any facilitated session, the consultant conducts a structured conversation with the host — not a discovery call, but a working session focused on the group's composition, the key question to address, and any background that shapes how the day should run.

§ 03 — SERVICE 01

Retreat Planning & Facilitation

A planning and facilitation service for organisations holding an offsite retreat — annual, mid-year, or marking a transition. The consultant works with the host to design the agenda, prepares pre-reading and discussion materials, and facilitates the working sessions on the day. A short summary of decisions and follow-ups is delivered after the retreat. Suited for leadership groups, board offsites, and team gatherings of up to thirty participants. Venue and logistics remain the client's responsibility.

A half-day workshop for management teams who want a clearer shared structure for setting and tracking goals through the year. The consultant runs the team through a structured set of working exercises and produces a one-page framework document at the end — a goal-setting cadence the team can use as a working agreement. Designed for groups of four to fifteen, this is a working session rather than a training course; the team leaves with something they have built together.
