How each engagement is structured.
Every engagement follows the same underlying structure: an intake conversation to understand the actual situation, a design phase to shape the agenda or framework, delivery of the session itself, and a documentation close. The specifics within each phase vary by service type and client.
Before any facilitated session, the consultant conducts a structured conversation with the host — not a discovery call, but a working session focused on the group's composition, the key question to address, and any background that shapes how the day should run.
Understand the group, the context, and the question the engagement needs to address.
Prepare materials, agenda, or structure tailored to this specific organisation.
Facilitate the session or run the setup engagement on-site or remotely.
Deliver the written output within the agreed timeframe. Engagement closes.
Retreat Planning & Facilitation
SVC-01A planning and facilitation service for organisations holding an offsite retreat — annual, mid-year, or marking a transition. The consultant works with the host to design the agenda, prepares pre-reading and discussion materials, and facilitates the working sessions on the day. A short summary of decisions and follow-ups is delivered after the retreat. Suited for leadership groups, board offsites, and team gatherings of up to thirty participants. Venue and logistics remain the client's responsibility.
- Pre-retreat intake and agenda design
- Pre-reading and discussion materials prepared
- Full day facilitation of working sessions
- Post-retreat summary with decisions and follow-ups
- Suited for groups up to 30 participants
Book 4–8 weeks ahead of the retreat date. Intake conversation in week one. Agenda and materials completed by the end of week three. Retreat day followed by summary delivery within three business days.
Book 2–3 weeks ahead. One intake call to understand the team's current goal practices. Half-day session delivered. Framework document shared within two business days.
Goal-Setting Framework Workshop
SVC-02A half-day workshop for management teams who want a clearer shared structure for setting and tracking goals through the year. The consultant runs the team through a structured set of working exercises and produces a one-page framework document at the end — a goal-setting cadence the team can use as a working agreement. Designed for groups of four to fifteen, this is a working session rather than a training course; the team leaves with something they have built together.
- Structured exercises to align on goal priorities
- One-page framework document produced on the day
- Team builds the framework together — not received from above
- Groups of 4–15 participants
Decision Log Setup
SVC-03A short two to three-week engagement to help an organisation introduce a structured decision log — a place where notable decisions, the reasoning behind them, and the people involved are captured. The consultant interviews leadership, designs a log structure suited to the organisation's working pace, drafts a template, and runs a setup session with the team that will maintain it. The aim is a low-effort, sustainable practice rather than a heavy documentation burden.
- Leadership interviews to understand decision-making patterns
- Log structure and template designed for your organisation
- Setup session with the team that will maintain the log
- Designed for sustainable, low-friction ongoing use
Two to three weeks total. Leadership interviews in week one. Log structure and template designed in week two. Setup session with the maintaining team in week three.
